The AT&T Social Responsibility Website was a multi-pronged effort to completely overhaul the existing interface and migrate the property to Adobe AEM. Rob led the design team's strategy and UX/UI design. As part of his responsibilities, he also worked closely with the development team, providing feedback through JIRA, bug-testing across devices and platforms and helped manage timeline progression and sprint completion. He collaborated with the client leads to bring their goals to life practically and within brand compliance. Reported to the SVP of Digital and worked hand-in-hand with the SVP of Technology to determine the requirements and expectations for all components, templates and front-end behavior and ensure the UX/UI aligned with them.
